I ordered an item that Multicom advertised as "in stock". It was written that the item will ship in 6-10 days. Three weeks later, and the item has still not been shipped. According to our next-to-latest email correspondence, it was supposed to be shipped yesterday, but in an email exchange that took place yesterday, they told me (after I had to ASK!) that the order status had changed to "unconfirmed" with their supplier. Every time I ask them for a status update, they ask me if I want to cancel the order -- no, I don't want to cancel the order. I want you to deliver the item that I bought from you. It is also worth noting, that shortly after the order was placed, the price of the item started going up. The updated price currently stands at 150% of the original price. Based on everything that has happened, I have concluded the following: Multicom falsely advertised the availability of the item. Furthermore, they had incorrect information about how much this item costs at their supplier, and now they are trying to force me to cancel my order, by delaying and playing coy, because it is not profitable for them to fulfill the order, due to errors in their logistics. Because of that, I am writing this negative review, which will remain here permanently regardless of the outcome of the order (they have only themselves to blame). Furthermore, if they don't ship the item by the end of this week, I will file a report with the Norwegian Consumer Authority (https://www.forbrukertilsynet.no/send-tips) regarding Multicom's illegal business practices.

Don't ever buy anything from Proshop. They don't respect warranty claims and they will just ghost you. I created a support ticket for a warranty claim and they NEVER responded. I called them on the phone multiple times, and they just try to gaslight me every time. "Oh, someone will probably get back to you today." "Oh, we have a lot of sick people at the office right now." I have absolutely no idea how they have such a good public opinion (paid reviews?). This company is straight from a dystopia.

I don't understand why they ask me to choose a drop-off point if the item gets delivered to a different drop-off point anyway. Overall, they have good stock and good customer support, but the situation with delivery locations is a mess.
