When I had an issue with my stroller, I contacted them the only way I could find. After about a week, I'm told no, the local brand store cannot help me, I have to deal with the website customer center who are in another country. There I'm required to upload a video of the product issue, but the upload cannot be more than a few MB, so I have to decrease the resolution to a blurry mess and get the frame rate to 4fps, in a 10 second video... They then don't respond for a week, so when their obviously AI written response tells me to send them a bunch of information about the CARSEAT product (already sent article number, product name, thorough description, order number AND A VIDEO AS REQUESTED OF THE STROLLER) I don't see their response in time. They close my case as solved after a week and tell me I'll have to RESTART THE PROCESS ON THEIR CONTRACT FORM (I no longer have the video and have to start over). How can a simple issue with a buckle on a stroller be a Sysephean task? My upcoming baby will not get a single thing from here.

Komplett har en generelt god nettbutikk på alt fra filtrering og sammenligning av produkter, til enkel tilgang til historikk, klubbfordeler etc. Svært god kundeservice dersom det skulle oppstå noe.
