Extremely disappointing customer experience. Before placing an order, they were quick and responsive to emails, but once the order was placed, it felt like I became a ghost. I have now sent four follow-up emails over the past month and have received absolutely no response. Don’t be tempted by the discounts. In my experience, it’s better to pay a little more and go elsewhere for reliable customer service and proper communication. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
