Very disappointing customer service and warranty handling. I purchased a Mexen Omar kitchen sink from Nomax in October 2025. The sink remained unused, uninstalled and stored indoors in its original cardboard box and fitted polystyrene packaging. When it was finally unpacked before installation, several chips were found along the inner edges. Nomax rejected the complaint without physically inspecting the sink or obtaining any technical assessment. Their main argument was simply that several months had passed since delivery and that they could not determine when the damage occurred. However, they also could not provide any evidence that the damage happened during storage or after delivery. The product was advertised with a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty, but Nomax also refused to register or forward the warranty claim. I contacted the manufacturer directly in Poland, and they refused to handle the warranty because the product had been purchased through an intermediary. As a result, the customer is left in a situation where the seller refers to the manufacturer, while the manufacturer refers back to the intermediary, and nobody accepts responsibility or even arranges a proper inspection of the damaged product. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Nomax. A warranty advertised at the time of purchase has very little value when neither the seller nor the manufacturer is willing to properly examine the product or take responsibility for handling the claim.
