I ordered two powerbanks from them, paid extra for priority packing and sending - it was on the 10th of July. They "sent" it on the 12th but the package is still not received by Instabox. And it is 21th of July. I contacted customer service - useless. They responded after 7 (!) days saying that it should arrive by Tuesday. And guess what? Instabox still haven't gotten the item from them. This is the "rask levering" they have. AND I HAVE PAID EXTRA FOR PRIORITY PACKING TO NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE AFTER 11 DAYS
