Bought a baby bottle washer from them. After some months, it stopped working, giving me an error code. I've contacted Mimmis customer support and warranty claim department (saks ID MI-007908) on the issue, explicitly pointing out that we depend daily on the washer and timely help would be appreciated. I've also contacted the manufacturer (Baby Brezza) about the same issue. They said that the warranty claim must go through Mimmis, but that they're confirming the defect and that I should pass this information to Mimmis (along with the name of the contact person at Baby Brezza). All required information was sent to Mimmis warranty department. Last thing I've heard from them is "this issue is usually handled very quickly with a unit replacement, but we're currently talking with the manufacturer just in case". I've got that message two weeks ago. Since then I've asked for a follow up, but got silence in return. Three days ago I've sent them a email explaining that they're breaching section 30 of the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven § 30): "a seller must resolve a defect within a reasonable time, without cost, and without significant inconvenience to the consumer". Hence if they won't address this in a timely manner, I'm forced to seek less graceful ways to handle the situation, including a charge back through my bank card, and contacting the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) on the matter. Three days later, I am still ignored, and will have to proceed to this plan B. Thanks, Mimmis. Because of you I wasted two weeks waiting, during which I had to hand wash breast pump parts and bottles for my infant son, boil them in a cooking pot, then dry them on a sheet of paper. The plastic got visibly brown, and I had a couple of hours less daily for such luxury things as sleep. Exemplar professionalism, and I hope you'll reap the fruits of it.
