I have bought phone that was on sale, but was not on stock. When time come to get it, they informed me that manufacturer will not provide it anymore and that I cannot get. I have filed complain and they solved it immediately. Need to admit that I was not that polite but rather rough, but despite that, they handled it like a pros. And because of that they deserve to spread my experience with the Komplett customer service. I use their services for decade, and will for sure continue so. Keep up like this Komplett and thank you!
