Det var en god opplevelse, men når jeg har kjekket på varer, manglet jeg kabel til lader, det kommer som vanlig med hodetelefon.
I deleted my previous, positive review and I'm putting this one because too much is too much. First, the good: I mostly had good experiences (I ordered a lot there int he past), and sellers are very competent usually. Good advice, even if they try to sell you useless upgrades - it's their job though. The very bad and bad: - I received a click and collect message for a sink. The day after, I took 2 hours of work, rented a car, drove to the place, to be told the item doesn't exist. Staff was embarassed, and ordered another one more expensive as a way to apologize. Not the same color but ok, I appreciate the gesture. Now, I needed this item urgently as you can imagine, to redo my kitchen. Literally 3 companies waiting for me to say ok. It's been 2 weeks I'm waiting for the sink, they don't answer emails anymore, joining customer service didn't change anything. I'm going to have to buy a very expensive sink elsewhere. So this cost me: 2 hours away from work, 2 hours rental, 6500 nok (difference in price for the new sink) and 2 weeks of delay in my planning. Very, very bad. - They will put a shipment to the latest item availability date, even if that availability changed since you ordered. So you may be waiting for 4 items, and one is delayed (by a lot in my case) so you'll be waiting for that one to get the other 4. Nothing possible after, even by contacting customer service, apart from cancelling whole order and re-order, which won't work if you had a promotion. It's therefore better to order each items separately if you have free shipping. Dumb I think and very fixable. - I had 2 poor experiences in customer service, but that was a while ago. One to replace a broken dishwasher basket on a brand new dishwasher, which never materialize into a part replacement. Another for a non advertized issue on an expensive demo Miele oven (finish was damaged because they taped the door directly!), and same, nothing done. I want to say it's overall ok, but this click and collect experience was so terrible (I mean they tell you the item is ready to be picked up!) it's just not ok.
Ok, men skulle gjerne funnet lettere tilgjengelig info om hvordan jeg går frem når jeg finner nylig kjøpt vare fra dere i en annen nettbutik 400,- kr billigere. Når jeg kommer tilbake til Power viser det seg at de ikke lar seg sammenligne med andre enn Elkjøp. Dermed returnerer jeg produktet, og får igjen 1200,-, slik at jeg kan betale 800,- for samme produktet i en annen nettbutikk.
