Very disappointing delivery experience with Dekk365. I paid NOK 1,880 for delivery of two sets of tires to their designated mounting partner. DHL contacted me on a Saturday at 17:00, when the workshop was closed. The driver spoke no Norwegian and had very limited English. He proposed leaving all four tires unattended outside the premises, taking a photograph and sending it to me as proof of delivery. I refused to accept this arrangement and had to interrupt my Saturday dinner plans to intervene personally. I arranged for the tires to be taken to my home, from where I will have to transport them to the workshop myself on Monday. Dekk365 may offer slightly better tire prices, but in my experience, the savings are simply not worth the poor delivery service and inconvenience. A very disappointing customer experience.
