
1- Offer a nice discounted price, only to add "håndteringsgebyr" worth 49kr + separate for shipping at the end! I can see they have responded here to some other complaints that they have to do it due to price increases, question is why not reflect this in either the product's price or the shipping price? How is this anything but MISLEADING. 2- They have mentioned for cancellations, contact their emails, did it 5 minutes after making the order, got the answer at the end of the next working day that they cannot cancel it since it was already processed, 5 minutes later I get the "your order is now processed" email, very convenient. Anyways, I will pay the the return fee of 69 kr for my mistake of not noticing the handling fee which was, but hopefully my review will prevent others from making the same mistake as me. Cheers!
