Site navigation and design is not an issue anymore, anywhere. So thats's good, payment processing is good. Shipping time was also good, aswell as order processing time. The problem with the HardDisks on cs megasalg is that in the TITLE of the product RECERTIFIED is NOT mentioned, the basic description is written in a smallish font, so it can easily slip one's eyes. I have seen a few complaints on this matter, on other stores also. I don't know why they keep doing this. ...and because of customers rights the store has to take quite a few returns...wasted transport.... Refurb and Recert is fine, just be cristal clear with it. on the wd ultrastar i bought, i had a hard time figuring out if it's New/Almost new with return/Recertified. Product sorting and filtering is broken- for me it does not work.
