After purchasing a 17,000 NOK ($2000) USD Herman Miller Aeron chair under their "Always 14 days open box return policy" they are refusing a return since the chair was sat in for two hours. Stating that "used" items are not allowed to return, only "open box" items. Bar none the most misleading return policy I have seen. Only purchase direct from Herman Miller as they allow 30 days return policy no questions asked on all of their products.

Bestilte via nettbutikk, enkel og rask ekspedering, bestilte varen på fredagen og fikk den mandag morgen.
