Last time I order from bikeshop most likely. I am an avid bike person and with the unwanted title of bike 'repair man' for the family.. That means I do a lot of my online shopping whenever I get a spare time between busy family life.
Man, what a painful return process does bikeshop have! having to submit an email beforehand prior getting a refund slip makes it highly inconvenient if you want to get it done quickly and efficiently, it loses the whole point of practical internet shopping. Furthermore, the customer has to pay for the return fees?? such an outdated business model, most online companies have well understood it doesn't give good customer retention, plus again it makes you doubt buying online in case you end up getting a wrong or uncompatible item, not the right helmet fit, or just simply not your colour.. Why buying online then???
I now ended up wasting time having to return small items out of two different orders and losing half on return postage cost.
Another thing, here is what prisjakt have of bikeshop's description:

I mistakenly bought at bikeshop assuming most major bike dealers already have similar terms, very disappointing I must say...
