Raskt og enkel handel
Veldig fornøyd så langt med Greencom! De har gode og konkurransedyktige priser, og bestillingsprosessen var enkel og oversiktlig. Leveringen ser også ut til å gå raskt. En kompis av meg opplevde dessverre at PC-en hans ble skadet under frakt, men kundeservicen løste saken på en utrolig bra måte og oppgraderte til og med deler i PC-en hans. Det gir virkelig trygghet som kunde. Ser frem til å motta PC-en min! Anbefales 👍
I had a very disappointing experience with Greencom and I cannot recommend buying from them. I ordered a prebuilt PC from Greencom.no with 32 GB DDR5 RAM and a specific internal Wi-Fi card. This is clearly stated on my order confirmation and invoice. When I received the PC: It was delivered with only 16 GB RAM I also received the wrong Wi-Fi card (a USB dongle instead of the ordered internal card) I contacted support immediately and provided photos and documentation. Instead of correcting the mistake, Greencom claimed they were “unable” to deliver the PC as ordered and tried to force a return of the entire PC, rather than supplying the missing RAM and the correct network card. Under Norwegian consumer law (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), the seller is obligated to deliver what was agreed, and the consumer has the right to demand correction. A seller cannot unilaterally cancel the contract or force a return when the customer wants the order completed. Despite this, Greencom refused to take responsibility for their own mistake. The support experience was dismissive, and involved questioning whether I had even ordered from their Norwegian site, despite the invoice being in NOK and clearly from Greencom.no. In summary: Incorrect product delivered Refusal to correct clear defects Attempt to avoid legal obligations Poor customer service and accountability I am now forced to involve Forbrukerrådet to get a basic consumer right respected. Based on this experience, I do not recommend Greencom. If something goes wrong with your order, do not expect them to handle it professionally or in accordance with Norwegian consumer protection laws. Update (21/01/26): Greencom has now explicitly stated that they will only send the missing RAM if I delete my negative reviews. This is review manipulation, and completely unacceptable. I paid for 32 GB RAM and received only 16 GB. Instead of correcting their mistake unconditionally, they are trying to coerce me into removing my honest feedback before fulfilling their contractual obligations. As a result, I am now initiating a chargeback with my bank for the missing components. The case is also documented for consumer authorities. This confirms my original review: Greencom does not respect contracts, consumer rights, or fair business practices. I strongly advise others to be cautious. Update (11/02/26): After several rounds of back-and-forth, Greencom eventually offered to send the missing RAM. However, after they once again failed to ship it within the promised timeframe, I requested a full refund instead and returned the computer. It has now been two weeks since they received the returned PC, and I still have no confirmation that any refund has been issued. This unfortunately confirms my entire experience with them: repeated delays, lack of follow-through, and failure to meet basic customer service and legal obligations. Based on this case, I would not trust Greencom for any future purchase. Answer to greencom: Your explanation is inaccurate and does not reflect what actually happened. At the time of purchase, the configuration offered to me was clearly listed as 32 GB RAM, and this is documented in my order confirmation and invoice. I did not “exploit” anything — I simply ordered the product as it was presented. In fact, the product description continued to display 32 GB RAM for weeks after my purchase, and the same specification was still listed on price-comparison sites such as Prisjakt. The description was only changed later. This strongly suggests the listing was modified after the sale, not that I misunderstood it. I did not “blackmail” anyone. I requested compensation only after you failed to deliver the agreed specification and when it became clear you were unwilling or unable to send the missing RAM within a reasonable timeframe. Asking for either delivery of what was purchased or reimbursement of its value is not blackmail — it is a normal consumer request. The amount referenced corresponds to the actual market price of equivalent RAM at the time (for example the price listed by Multicom.no), and was provided purely as documentation of value. After prolonged back-and-forth, you eventually offered to send the missing RAM, but when this was again delayed, I accepted your alternative proposal to return the computer for a refund. The PC was returned and received by you, yet weeks later there is still no confirmation that the refund has been issued. This entire process unfortunately confirms my experience: poor follow-up, shifting explanations, and failure to handle a straightforward case professionally. Based on this, I cannot recommend buying from Greencom.
Fantastisk produkt, veldig fornøyd med både performance og hvordan den ser ut
God kommunikasjon og godt bygget pc. Hadde god kommunikasjon med Oscar fra greencom. Såg jeg hadde bestilt feil modell, spurte om det var mulig å oppgradere skjermkort og ram dagen etter bestilling. Oscar ga meg da relevante anbefalinger iforhold til mitt behov og jeg fikk gjort endringer uten å måtte legge inn ny bestilling. De fjerner ikke plast på alle komponenter så må muligens demontere litt for å få fjernet plast på komponenten, men det endrer ikke garantien. Du får også en tydelig oppstart gjennomgang som er fint det er din første pc.
